Terms of Use
1. Operator and applicability
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Samson-fit platform (web service, applications and related services) operated by the Samson-fit entity (see operator contacts at the bottom of this page). By registering or using the service you accept these Terms.
2. Registration and account
An account is created with an e-mail address and a password. The e-mail address is your login; the username is generated automatically and is unique. You are responsible for keeping the password safe (see the account security guide). Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
3. Subscription and payments
The service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through third-party payment gateways (YooKassa, Stripe; PayPal is currently a placeholder/stub and does not process real payments). Subscriptions renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled. Refund and return rules for store orders are described in the store return policy.
4. Training content is not medical advice
Training plans, load calculations, adaptation forecasts (MIDA) and nutrition recommendations are generated by mathematical models for informational purposes. They do not constitute medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any training program, especially after injuries, during pregnancy or with chronic conditions. See the Medical Disclaimer.
5. User-generated content
Content you upload (programs, exercise data, comments) remains yours. You grant the service a non-exclusive license to store and process it to provide the service. Prohibited: unlawful content, medical claims in coach materials, content violating third-party rights.
6. Coach accounts (B2B)
Coach accounts may manage clients, assign programs and accept payments from clients through the platform. The coach is responsible for the quality of training recommendations to their clients; the service provides calculation tooling, not coaching services itself.
7. Store orders
Store orders are subject to the Public Offer and the Return Policy. Delivery is performed by third-party providers (CDEK, Russian Post, DHL). Payment is processed by the selected gateway.
8. Liability limitation
The service is provided as is. The operator is not liable for training-related injuries arising from disregard of the safety recommendations, for consequences of following generated recommendations without consulting a physician, or for indirect damages. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.
9. Termination
You may delete your account at any time; the operator may suspend accounts for Terms violations with prior notice where required by law. On termination, personal data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to the Terms
The operator may change these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service interface or e-mail before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
