MIDA catalog contribution-to-load range

MIDA

Short definition

A muscle’s percentage contribution to holding the exercise in a phase — a min–max range from the MIDA catalog.

Full definition

The anatomy catalog (ExerciseMuscleAnatomy, mirroring samson_fit9) stores, per exercise × phase × muscle, the role (agonist/synergist/stabilizer/antagonist) and the min–max contribution range (%). In frequency analysis each muscle’s weight is the range midpoint; body-part shares are normalized to 1. The catalog covers 4,230 links over 58 muscles.

Examples

Biceps at phase 50%: contribution 15–21% → weight 18.
